He wore a mask the entire time, he wore shoe covers inside the house and put down drop cloths on the floor. He was very thorough in the installation as well as the clean-up. Customer service is fantastic. I’ve had Ava Air out to service our propane furnace and an electric heat pump. Paul did great work on both units and took the time to explain what he had done and what I should be looking out for as a homeowner. Very fair prices. Not only that, he has been very responsive when I’ve had questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Our A/C unit outside stopped working, and turns out we have chipmunks to thank for chewing on our wiring! So once identified, the problem was simple to fix, but the thoroughness with which Paul went over everything, and all the information and advice he shared with us, are priceless!
The outdoor A/C unit at our house stopped working and the temperature in the house got to 85 degrees (90 outside). I requested an emergency service through Angies list and these were the first people to call me. They showed up same day, diagnosed the A/C unit, and was able to repair it. They guy who came to do the repair was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything. Highly recommend!! Also great value!

Ava Air was an excellent choice for us with our HVAC replacement. Our old unit was 29 years old so we began exploring replacement options before it died so we could do it on our on time and terms. Paul provided us several excellent upgrade options as well as other cheaper system options for comparison, and was up front with the possibility that the Trane unit we had could be fine for years. We ultimately decided that the peace of mind and efficiency gains provided the logical route to proceed with a replacement of both our furnace and outside AC unit. Paul was honest, thorough, professional, easy to communicate with, patient with all of our questions, and very knowledgeable about all things HVAC.

Paul is extremely professional. He worked long hours to make sure that the new unit was working before the weather turned extremely hot again. The guy is a machine. He is a perfectionist and does not take a single shortcut. He cleaned up everything and you have no idea that he has been at your home other than the fact that you have a brand-new functioning unit.

My AC went out, I had called another company on this list , they told me they would work me in , got a call at 5:17 pm that the tech was on his way.. no show, no calls, I called the phone number and was told someone would get back to me the next day.. so, I got on home advisors put in a request, AVa called me back in ten minutes. Was told he could come out by10 am. He was prompt, very courteous, came in trouble shooted the problem. He worked for over an hour, tracing every thing.. come to find out it was electrical. This man went way and beyond trying to help me. He will be coming back out to service the unit now that I have power..

Prompt response and good value for money
Exceptional work from this pro. Greatly appreciated his professionalism with the installation of the humidifier at our new furnace and my new home. He was very professional and the quality of the work excellent. Also the price was great. We?re definitely hire for all future HVAC projects.
Came the next day, explained what he was doing, which gave me confidence, and did a good job.
They were very professional and kept me informed on what they were doing. I would call them again if my unit needs any maintenance or repairs.
